One of the many reasons that people are leaving the sector is because they do not like the workplace culture where they are, and they can feel left out or disrespected. Another is that compliance is not taken seriously by everyone, leaving some people feeling that they are carrying the load. Both of these are team issues, not an issue for one person. To turn this around we need to focus on the whole team, and forming positive habits.
