Up-skill your team
In this package we will work with your existing team to focus on up-skilling in your specific areas of need. With such a shortage of educators, we need to look at how we can encourage people to stay, while ensuring that they are equipped with the skills to complete the tasks required of them.
What’s included
A total of 10 hours of face to face or online training to meet your needs designed to up-skill, with accompanying documentation to set and maintain expectations. This can be formatted into as few as two or as many as five sessions to allow your team time to reflect on the learning, put strategies into place and come back with questions. This way we can be sure that we are not overwhelming people with too much information all at once, and we are respecting their work/life balance.
Programming
If your team is not as skilled in planning a program, we can work together to up-skill them in this area, and make sure they are confident to plan programs in a format that works for them.
Documentation
Is it hard for your Educational Leader to track the documentation? In this package we will focus on key skills for your team such as visible documentation, observations, day books, learning stories and transition to school documentation.
Program Analysis
We will conduct team interviews to establish their individual needs and create a report in response.
